TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Surya Rewards is a program designed to reward guests for staying in Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen. The following Terms & Conditions are intended to protect members of Surya Rewards. Membership Eligibility

1.	All individual guests are eligible for Surya Rewards membership. Surya Rewards membership is not transferable. Members must not maintain membership in or earn points on multiple accounts.
2.	Member must stay minimum twice or 2 nights or 2 rooms before apply as member.
3.	Members that have collected 15 points will be rewarded a free voucher to stay. To keep collecting points, member should redeem their voucher immediately.
4.	Surya Rewards membership valids for 1 year from member last stay. Keep your staying history updated to maintain your membership.
5.	Surya Rewards reserves the right to refuse/terminate Membership without a given reason or reject any application if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full.

Members Benefits

1.	All Surya Rewards member will be able to get reward / voucher for free stay after 15 room nights (accumulative).
2.	All Surya Rewards member will be able to get 15% discount on Food & Beverages purchase at Surya Hotel & Cottages Coffee Shop & Restaurants.
3.	All Surya Rewards member will be able to get special following rate for all room types during the weekdays, exclude public holiday’s eve / weekend.

* Reservation based on room availabilities. Rates could be changed anytime without any information.

** All prices are including 21% tax & service and breakfast for 2 persons.

4.	Additional 5% discount for any room promo / seasonal package such as Weekend Package, Lebaran Package, Christmas Package, New Year Package, etc.
5.	For Surya Rewards members convenience, reservation could be made by text message at WA number +6282139938974 or +62343881991.
6.	Members will be updated for the Best Price at Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen.

Earning Points

1.	Members will earn 1 Surya Rewards point for every room night spent at Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen.
2.	Surya Rewards members will not earn point while staying with corporate or complimentary rate.
3.	Surya Rewards points are only eligible for members that check-in, stay, and pay for their room charges at the eligible rates. Members may earn points for multiple rooms with the same stay dates at Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen when each room is paid by a member and all charges are settled upon check-out.
4.	Surya Rewards members who book through any third-party sites (except corporate) are eligible to receive points for their room.
5.	Guests will be eligible to earn points after they become Surya Rewards members. Points will be credited to members’ account up to 7 (seven) working days after check-out.
6.	Members may log in to the Surya Rewards Members' Portal – suryarewards.com – to check their Surya Rewards point balance or email the Surya Rewards Membership Services Manager at gsm.shc@suryahotelsgroup.com to get an update.
7.	Members who are missing credit from their Surya Rewards member account must notify the Surya Rewards Membership Services Manager within 30 days of the check-out date. Failure to notify the Membership Services team, will result to non-credit of the relevant Surya Rewards points. Members can verify their points on 7 working days after they have checked out. Any claims for missing Surya Rewards points can be emailed to Surya Rewards Membership Services via email at gsm.shc@suryahotelsgroup.com.
8.	Surya Rewards reserves the right to deduct points from a member's account balance if the points have been erroneously credited in the account.

Claiming the Reward

1.	Members may redeem their Surya Rewards points for rewards at suryarewards.com under Members' Portal – Rewards/Redemption section. In addition to Members' user IDs and passwords, Surya Rewards reserves the right to seek other personal information for verification purposes.
2.	Minimum Surya Rewards point levels apply to each reward. Please refer to the Rewards Chart of the website for redemption requirements.
3.	It is member’s obligation to always refer to Terms and Conditions stated in each reward before claiming the reward.
4.	For night stay rewards, pre-booking is required by sending a request through the Surya Rewards membership portal stating the preferred stay date. Please note that there might be block out date applied during high season period.
5.	All rewards are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Member’s points will be deducted at time of redemption and will follow the redemption policy.
6.	Rewards is valid for the redemption date only. Unused rewards cannot be returned for credit to the Members' accounts or exchanged for cash.
7.	Surya Rewards is not responsible for Redemption Partners' withdrawal from the program or Partners' rewards cancellation, which may affect the rewards offered.

General Rules

1.	Whenever there are changes of personal information, it is the member's responsibility to update their membership record in the Surya Rewards Members' Portal or inform Surya Rewards Membership Services in writing.
2.	The safe keep of the Reward Voucher is the sole responsibility of the member. There shall be no replacement of reward voucher.
3.	The Surya Rewards Membership Services Office reserves the right to correct any Member statements or Surya Rewards point accruals or balances that are incorrect due to processing errors.
4.	Surya Rewards reserves the right to amend the rules, restrictions, program benefits, and special offers without notice. Surya Rewards reserves the right to terminate the Surya Rewards program at any time.
5.	Earnings of Surya Rewards points and redemption of rewards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
6.	Surya Rewards makes no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the quality of goods or services claimed, redeemed and/or enjoyed through the Surya Rewards. All conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. In the event any member transfers the use of any Reward Certificate, this Clause shall also apply to the transferee.
7.	Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen reserve the right to adjust the Surya Rewards point values as and when necessary to reflect changing market conditions.
8.	Fraud or abuse concerning Surya Rewards or reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen.
9.	This Program is void where prohibited by law.
10.	Surya Rewards Loyalty Program is a program operated by Surya Hotel & Cottages Prigen. Service providers may also have access to members' records.
11.	All interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Surya Rewards. In the event of any dispute, the member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
